What is Member Access?
Member Access gives NMSA members special access to extra resources online. With Member Access you can take charge of your own professional development and search an extensive selection of free articles, documents, and multimedia resources. You can also take advantage of deep discounts on books, products, events, and other resources from National Middle School Association.

How do I register for Member Access?
To register for Member Access account you need to create a user name and password. To access the registration page you will need your member ID number and the state affiliated with your account. If you recently joined NMSA, you will receive an e-mail with your member ID number within a week of the date your membership was processed. You will also receive a member card by mail approximately four to six weeks after you join. Please note that your member number will not change even if your membership lapses.

Can I change my user name?
Your user name is your unique online identifier and cannot be changed.

Can I change my password? How?
To do so, click on your name at the left of the screen. This will take you to the "My Account" page. From here you can update your password. You can also access an online form that you may use to update your contact information that NMSA uses to send your NMSA benefits.

I can't remember my password. What do I do?
From the login screen you can click on the password reminder.

I know my user name and my password, but I can't view any Member Access content. Why not?
Only current members of NMSA have privileges to view the Member Access content on the Web site. If you cannot veiw Member Access content, your membership may have lapsed and you will see a notification on the left side of the screen. You can renew your membership online or by mail or fax. If you need a renewal invoice, please contact the NMSA office at 800-528-NMSA or info@nmsa.org.

How can I renew my membership through the NMSA Web site?
To do so, click "Join/Renew NMSA" at the left of the screen. This will take you to a list of membership options. Choose the membership option that best fits your needs and click on "join/renew online."
