| Collaborating internationally | | 10/4/2008 11:05 AM | | Posted by Al Summers | Return | Many of you are familiar with ePals and a lot of you utilize ePals tools in your school or district. ePals has many useful tools, including protected e-mail and blogs. The best way to get a taste for what they do is to go to www.ePals.com. The amazing thing is that they provide all their tools for educators and schools absolutely free.
ePals is collaborating with NMSA to create an international gateway for middle level educators. This gateway will be unveiled during Thursday evening's opening general session by ePals co-founder, Tim DiScipio. Attendees will then be able to actually get into the gateway at the ePals tech sandbox located in the hallway of the convention center.
In addition, Tim DiScipio is also doing a concurrent session about the ePals Global Community on Thursday afternoon, October 30, at 3:45 PM in room 405 of the convention center. | | | Permalink | | | |
